About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the global strategy and development of the Industrial Air product portfolio
  • Link market needs, customers, sales, and technical teams
  • Translate customer and market insights into product requirements
  • Drive the product roadmap and support international sales teams
  • Develop and define the global Industrial segment product strategy
  • Analyze global and local market potential, target customers, and growth opportunities
  • Define growth targets with country organizations and Category Management
  • Translate market strategy into product-related measures and ensure execution
  • Define market and product requirements and continuously enhance the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Operations
  • Build industry expertise and market knowledge, including trends, competitors, sales channels, and technical requirements
  • Develop and refine the Industrial Air portfolio value proposition
  • Guide international Key Account Managers on technical and commercial topics, including pricing
  • Monitor revenue, margin, and KPI development and manage/review the project pipeline
  • Prepare product and sales documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in Sales, preferably within the industrial market segment
  • Experience in technical sales or engineering
  • Preferably strong knowledge in the field of filtration
  • Fluent and business-proficient English
  • Willingness to travel according to business needs
  • Strong results orientation, speed, and execution capability
  • Entrepreneurial, independent, and structured way of working
  • Assertiveness, confident appearance, and strong teamwork skills
