About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a business partner to client areas on topics related to personnel administration, benefits, mandatory training, and audits
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, changes, transfers, and personnel data updates
  • Administer benefits programs, ensuring process quality, employee support, and effective vendor relationships
  • Manage and monitor benefits contracts, tracking service levels, costs, improvement opportunities, and alignment with business needs
  • Participate in analyses and initiatives to optimize benefits programs
  • Analyze payroll impacts, clarify questions, and provide ad hoc support
  • Support the validation of information related to vacation, leaves of absence, benefits, working hours, and other personnel administration events
  • Develop and implement internal communications related to HR Services
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and corporate guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Generalist Human Resources experience
  • Experience in personnel administration and benefits management
  • Experience managing benefits vendors and contracts
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and their impact on the employee lifecycle
  • Experience with internal and/or external audits
  • Experience supporting and coordinating mandatory training and development initiatives
  • Experience in internal communications and employee support is a plus
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Knowledge of payroll workflows and processes
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and vendor management
  • Knowledge of audits, compliance, and internal controls
  • Knowledge of internal communications
  • Knowledge of learning and development
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, ADP) is a plus
  • Experience with HR metrics and reporting
  • Willingness to travel
