About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer service for domestic customers in the automotive manufacturing segment, ensuring product availability and compliance with SLAs.
- Manage customer service and availability KPIs, prepare analytical reports, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage freight activities, monitor shipments, and use web-based platforms to track transportation and logistics performance.
- Manage the order portfolio, controlling variations, changes, allocations, and demand forecasts.
- Escalate critical items, lead performance recovery plans, and ensure clear communication with internal teams and customers.
- Act as the interface with production, planning, production control, transportation, sales, and quality teams to ensure a smooth logistics flow.
- Lead performance review meetings with customers, presenting results, KPIs, and action plans.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Analyze operational data, transforming information into insights to support local and global leadership.
- Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and corporate policies related to logistics and exports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
- Experience with SAP, particularly logistics, order management, inventory, or transportation modules.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- English proficiency for communication with customers and global teams.
- Previous experience in administrative, technical, or logistics support functions.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and support leadership decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and professional presentation skills, including presentations to senior management and global teams.
- Previous experience with transportation monitoring or web-based tracking platforms.
- Knowledge of export processes, documentation, and customs compliance.
- Experience in a multinational environment.
- Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools.
