About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set customer acquisition priorities to develop business with the Power Systems Division in the Heavy-Duty Offroad segment
- Optimize the pace of growth by balancing quick wins with medium- and long-term project acquisitions
- Manage European Power Systems divisions directly as a Key Account Manager
- Define customer-specific sales strategies in collaboration with Key Account and Global Key Account Managers
- Assume sales responsibility for ongoing and newly acquired customer projects
- Drive profitable growth in Europe, including revenue, profitability, and win rate
- Coordinate the sales plan with all European sales organizations
- Report regularly on sales development activities
- Lead commercial and, where applicable, technical customer negotiations
- Ensure knowledge transfer within the sales team
- Conduct market and competitive analyses of fuel and oil filters with Product Management
- Share experience across the global Power Systems sales organization for Heavy-Duty Offroad applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- At least 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience
- Experience in technical sales or engineering
- In-depth knowledge of the Heavy-Duty Offroad sector (agriculture/construction) is an advantage
- Fluent German and English, with excellent negotiation skills in both languages
- Additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Very strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-management skills
- Assertiveness, a confident manner, and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel
