Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects from project initiation through go-live and stabilization
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, governance, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT
Drive project delivery using SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and key stakeholder discussions
Ensure alignment with the global template and Fit-to-Template approach while supporting local business requirements
Build relationships across teams, functions, and regions to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
5–10 years of professional experience in ERP and project management environments
Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects as the responsible Project Manager
Proven experience across the full lifecycle of a public cloud ERP rollout within a manufacturing environment, from project initiation through go-live and stabilization
Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
Strong background in ERP programs covering Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales
Solid understanding of the technical and organizational aspects of ERP transformation projects
Experience leading international teams and working with stakeholders from different countries and cultural backgrounds
Proven ability to manage complex international rollout projects across multiple locations and business functions
Structured and transparent approach to project governance and communication
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Flexibility to travel when project phases require face-to-face collaboration and on-site support
