  • Monitor tests, inspections, and technical assistance activities involving prototypes, production lines, or customers.
  • Analyze requests from customers, production, or suppliers and verify specification parameters.
  • Review material specifications and production process stages to ensure alignment with the project and identify errors.
  • Monitor the shipment and transportation of products to customers when necessary.
  • Monitor product assembly when requested by the customer or determined by the company.
  • Provide customers with technical support regarding product characteristics, handling, and use.
  • Monitor product performance at customer sites and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Control and organize information on official technical standards.
  • Use analytical methodologies to support the resolution of internal quality problems and issues involving customers or suppliers.
  • Place defective products on hold, identify root causes, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Keep the quality documentation under your responsibility up to date.
  • Conduct scrap analyses and support the team in identifying causes and mitigation actions.
  • Conduct IPT audits and action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed;
  • Problem-solving tools: MASP, Ishikawa, SPQ, etc.;
  • Intermediate English proficiency;
