Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement inventory strategies for MHAU Distribution Centers
Drive prioritization and escalation processes for inventory-related challenges and ensure timely execution of mitigation measures
Establish systems for tracking backorders and executing recovery plans to meet customer commitments
Implement and manage end-to-end control towers to monitor and enhance delivery performance
Align supply chain operations with supplying plants to coordinate inventory flow and fulfillment
Collaborate with Distribution and Transportation to synchronize forecast-to-DC processes and optimize distribution strategies
Partner with GBTS to integrate technology solutions for data processing, customer service, and shared services
Cooperate with the BU / Sales and implement or adopt global standards
Lead forecasting, inventory management, and logistics planning aligned with financial and operational goals
Facilitate and contribute to the SIOP process by coordinating inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Ensure data processing and intake integrity for accurate forecasting, planning, and reporting
Use advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Monitor KPIs and provide regular supply chain performance updates to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a Logistics focus
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, logistics, or operations roles
Proven expertise in inventory management (>5000 SKUs), customer service integration, and end-to-end supply chain operations
Experience managing partnerships with technology providers (GBTS) and customer service organizations in a global setting
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to translate operational strategies into measurable results
Proficiency in supply chain management systems, ERP platforms (SAP MM), and data analytics tools
