About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process tickets relating to hazardous, illegal, or out-of-scope products
- Analyze alerts from the Legal teams and take the necessary action to suspend or exclude products in accordance with internal procedures
- Track tickets, meet deadlines, and maintain traceability of completed actions
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams
- Verify the consistency of product data and apply the necessary corrections
- Ensure the proper application of business rules and compliance procedures
- Identify recurring anomalies and opportunities to improve operational processes
- Contribute to tool optimization, data analysis, and procedure documentation
- Collaborate with PIM and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in e-commerce catalog management, product data processing, or ticket management
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and analytical thinking
- Ability to apply business rules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using operational tools and interested in continuous improvement
- Fluency in French is required for this role
