About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle day-to-day administrative activities
- Assist with the management of financial and material resources in accordance with management’s direction
- Perform basic accounting tasks
- Contribute to the development and automation of procedures
- Maintain relationships with selected partners and clients
- Create and manage project schedules and deadlines
- Support the preparation of budgets for selected projects
- Participate in meetings, evaluations, and event debriefs
- Handle follow-ups by phone and email
- Work directly with management
- Develop skills in management, project coordination, and administrative organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in administration, business management, project management, or a related field
- Organized, proactive, committed, and self-directed
- Strong writing skills, with excellent summarization and analytical abilities
- Action- and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to customer service
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
- Attentive to detail, aesthetics, and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and working with a variety of personalities
- Unpaid internship
- Schedule of 14 to 40 hours per week
- Minimum duration of 200 hours
- Start date: As soon as possible
