About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map user journeys, service blueprints, and ecosystems across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Translate insights into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces using tools such as Figma
  • Lead or support user research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis
  • Design and validate end-to-end experiences aligned with user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with strategists, developers, and creatives to deliver integrated service and product solutions
  • Contribute to digital strategy and define how products and services create long-term value
  • Support creation of design systems, documentation, and service artefacts
  • Work closely with clients including Statkraft, Bane NOR, DNV, and IKEA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience from relevant projects
  • Experience working in the public sector (e.g., energy, transport, or health-related services) or in the private sector as a consultant
  • Experience with larger, mission-critical projects in the public and/or private sector
  • Skilled in mapping, journey design, and defining service blueprints
  • Confident designing intuitive, accessible interfaces from wireframes to high-fidelity UI
  • Experience in user-centred research and translating findings into actionable design
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Smart and curious use of AI tools as part of the workflow
  • Proficient in Figma and Miro
  • Ideally knowledge of universal design and WCAG
  • Collaborative and communicative team player able to thrive in multidisciplinary teams
  • Curious and analytical, with interest in systems-level challenges and human-centred solutions
