Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field (Required)
  • 7+ years hands-on experience in the software engineering field (Required)
  • Experience leading software engineering teams
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing engineering teams, measured by data and KPIs
  • Experience running agile practices
  • Strong experience with data and architectural principles
  • Ability to make data-driven independent decisions
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relations
  • Ability to prepare and present executive content
  • Ability to build long-term strategy and roadmap
  • Master’s in computer science is a strong preference
