About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
- Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through the application process
- Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM
- Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service
- Maintain product knowledge and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Work with individuals and families from initial consultation through close
- Manage an independent sales schedule while serving clients through phone and digital communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where the company operates, excluding PEI and Quebec
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable with telephone-based sales
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable with CRM systems and technology
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills
- Sales experience is an asset
