About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate client needs into sourcing strategies, including Boolean search
- Source IT talent on LinkedIn Recruiter, in the talent pool, and across candidate databases
- Use AI, including Claude, to accelerate searches, analyze profiles, and personalize outreach
- Write personalized outreach messages and conduct initial pre-screening calls
- Keep the CRM up to date and track metrics
- Contribute to monitoring the Quebec IT market and LinkedIn publications
- Work directly with the co-founder on real IT assignments in Quebec and internationally
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are studying human resources, recruitment, or IT
- Ideally, you are enrolled in a program that recognizes internships (HR, industrial relations, business administration, IT, etc.)
- Knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including back-end developers, analysts, architects, and major technologies such as Java, .NET, and cloud platforms
- Comfortable using AI on a daily basis; knowledge of Claude is an asset
- Event experience is an asset
- Fluent in French and functional proficiency in English
- Outgoing, transparent, caring, and positive
- Available for a part-time or full-time internship, up to 35 hours per week
