Key responsibilities & impact

Independently conduct tax assessments, consultations, legal opinions, and economic benefit calculations
Work on projects related to Tax Reform, eCredac/SisCred, and due diligence
Review work prepared by junior professionals and interns, providing guidance on execution
Participate in client meetings, contributing to the preparation and presentation of results
Document completed work, contributing to the development and reuse of templates and research

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), or in Accounting, with active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC)
At least 4 years of experience in tax, with practical experience in tax advisory
Strong command of the calculation methodologies and concepts related to ICMS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL, and ISS
Knowledge of Tax Reform
Knowledge of SPED
Experience with due diligence
Ability to research legislation, case law, and legal doctrine
Experience preparing legal opinions and tax assessments
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
