About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to program teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and other scheduling requirements
  • Prepare, format, review, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Maintain electronic and physical files, records, databases, and tracking systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and associated documentation
  • Support meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, documenting meeting notes and action items, and tracking follow-up activities
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate program and administrative information
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support day-to-day program operations
  • Support multiple administrative priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Secret clearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting scheduling, correspondence, documentation, filing, and records management activities
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and other administrative requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
