Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active TS/SCI with FSP is required
  • Bachelor’s degree related to the technical discipline and at least 6 years of communications infrastructure support experience; OR Associate’s degree and at least 8 years of related experience; OR no degree and at least 10 years of related experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting communications infrastructure involving Linux, VPNs, two-factor authentication, hardware, software, and telecommunications technologies
  • Direct experience with Secure Messaging Applications (SMAs) and two-factor authentication
  • Experience configuring VPN solutions, evaluating commonly available services, and working with cloud technologies
  • Experience integrating multiple communications components to achieve specialized network and connectivity requirements
  • Experience maintaining telecommunications solutions and training diverse users on telecom applications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams and develop solutions within demanding timelines
  • Desired: experience developing applications or solutions for mobile platforms, including iOS and Android
  • Desired: experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues
