About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for parking and facility-related requests, resolving routine issues and coordinating escalated concerns
  • Administer parking permits and related processes, including approvals, reconciliations, status tracking, and distribution
  • Support parking representatives with system access, communications, and request-processing procedures
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address parking policy violations and support space allocation and parking priorities
  • Analyze parking and facility data and prepare reports, trends, and recommendations for customer leadership
  • Support development and implementation of parking procedures, process improvements, and operational updates
  • Provide facility support for special events, construction activities, snow removal operations, and other service-related requirements
  • Conduct routine facility checks, identify custodial or maintenance issues, and submit service requests for resolution
  • Maintain accurate parking and facility records, documentation, maps, and program materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; a high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma with 5 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
  • Experience supporting facility operations, parking administration, customer service, or related business operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and administrative actions
  • Experience maintaining records, tracking operational data, reconciling information, and preparing reports
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with facility personnel, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders
