About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support an Intelligence Community client in Chantilly, Virginia
  • Plan, develop, and deliver technical interviews and hands-on assessments
  • Develop and implement technical and tradecraft training programs
  • Lead technical training activities as a hands-on instructor
  • Provide practical instruction to students and mission personnel
  • Evaluate and document student performance during technical assessments and training activities
  • Apply technical and tradecraft expertise to complex mission requirements
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team across diverse technical and operational skill sets
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to customers, project teams, and stakeholders
  • Support management and execution of large or complex projects involving multiple customer relationships
  • Maintain communication and coordination with stakeholders across government and industry environments
  • Travel up to 30% to CONUS and/or OCONUS locations, sometimes with short notice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Consultant-level experience supported by a broad range of government and/or private-sector experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and multiple client relationships
  • Extensive knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the position’s technical subject matter
  • Experience developing and implementing technical and tradecraft training programs
  • Experience leading and delivering technical training as a hands-on instructor
  • Experience evaluating and documenting student performance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to operate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% CONUS and/or OCONUS
  • Experience with mobile platform development, including iOS and Android preferred
  • Direct operational experience preferred
