About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate, integrate, and support validation of Sponsor-developed capabilities
  • Ensure mission integrity, performance, and reliability
  • Develop and maintain project plans supporting technical and program objectives
  • Support requirements, resource, schedule, configuration, and risk management processes
  • Coordinate Sponsor technical requirements with stakeholders across multiple teams and functional areas
  • Identify technical, integration, and interface issues and communicate concerns
  • Evaluate Sponsor-developed capabilities using critical-thinking and analytical skills
  • Analyze technical issues and provide recommendations to maintain operational effectiveness
  • Track technical requirements, schedules, risks, and project activities
  • Collaborate with Sponsor test teams and stakeholders to validate integration and interface requirements
  • Support integration of new and existing capabilities into Sponsor environments
  • Maintain communication among technical teams, stakeholders, and program personnel
  • Develop and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office applications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active TS/SCI with a FS Polygraph required
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience; OR a minimum of 7 years of successful experience relevant to the technical function being supported
  • Successful experience developing and implementing program management processes, including requirements and resource management
  • Schedule management experience
  • Configuration management experience
  • Risk management experience
  • Successful experience developing project plans
  • Successful experience coordinating Sponsor technical requirements with stakeholders and communicating potential issues
  • Successful experience applying critical thinking to Sponsor-developed capabilities to assess mission integrity, performance, and reliability
  • Experience analyzing technical issues and developing sound recommendations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Desired: experience working with Sponsor test teams and stakeholders to validate integration and interface requirements
