About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organize people and material to build quality homes on time and within budget
Maintain the highest caliber of customer relations
Provide prompt response and follow-up within 24 hours
Provide warranted service promptly
Progress toward Project Manager level within the allotted 12 to 18-month time frame
Perform some manual labor
Monitor daily activities of subcontractors
Make subcontractor hiring and firing recommendations
Remove anyone from a jobsite for illegal or unsafe acts or illegal trespass
Follow authorization limits for subcontractor rates and obtain written permission when required
Report to the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Production Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communications are essential and mandatory
Excellent organizational skills are indispensable
Efficient use of computer programs and applications
Valid Driver’s license and personal auto insurance with at least state minimum coverage
Required to work in outdoor weather conditions
Required to work in office or home office environment
Ability to bend, kneel, and walk for significant periods of time
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures
