About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues on consulting and manager research teams to collect and synthesize data
  • Support analytical work and gather information required for client deliverables
  • Complete quarterly and monthly investment performance reporting
  • Provide day-to-day client support and complete special projects
  • Obtain monthly and quarterly client statements from investment managers and custodians
  • Enter market values and cash flows into investment software and resolve discrepancies in performance calculations
  • Reconcile performance returns across sources
  • Understand and analyze market trends across equities, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds, and private equity
  • Respond to client, manager, and custodian inquiries and explain performance results
  • Create charts and graphs for client deliverables and perform data analysis
  • Collaborate with asset class analysts on client-directed manager searches
  • Generate reports and collect data from eVestment, Bloomberg, Morningstar, and FactSet
  • Organize weekly agendas for investment committee meetings and distribute meeting minutes
  • Support investment manager research and create client-ready deliverables, education materials, and manager reports/analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Open to December 2026 and Spring 2027 graduates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
  • Commitment to client service excellence
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines; use critical thinking skills to solve problems autonomously
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and react to change positively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity and interest in the institutional investment market; strong desire to learn
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications, including proprietary applications
