About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories
- Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensure Owners and guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services
- Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
- Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
