Key responsibilities & impact

Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on information obtained through discovery
Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners
Fulfill requests regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information
Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, communicate upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities such as reloads and referrals
Develop and maintain customer contact records to support effective follow-up opportunities
Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
Contribute to team goals
Follow company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements
Required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
