About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract sales pipelines through shared email boxes, phone calls, and virtual Teams meetings
- Ensure new contract sales follow the Central Direct Sales QA process through successful contract closing
- Work with sales leadership and sales executives to ensure contract accuracy and customer congruency
- Maintain working knowledge of purchase documents for all MVC resorts
- Review Purchase Summary Worksheets from the sales team to NOA Contracts for accuracy
- Review contract documents from NOA for accuracy before release to customers through DocuSign or FedEx
- Schedule appointments and review purchase contract details with customers
- Support sales pipeline closure through customer and internal/external business partner follow-ups
- Update Siebel CRM with customer conversations and future follow-up activities
- Ensure accuracy across purchase worksheets, contracts, and written and oral customer communications
- Identify sales challenges and determine timely courses of action with little oversight
- Conduct department business in compliance with department, company, state, and federal guidelines
- Provide regular updates to sales leadership and internal/external business partners
- Gather and document pertinent sale and client response or expectation information in Siebel
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA with MVW, or minimum of 2 years of experience in MVW's CSD department (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume and demanding environment
- Ability to collaborate on projects and problem solving
- Ability to draft and edit documents and email responses
- Business acumen and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work through conflict
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding of English language and grammar rules
- Excellent attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of contract terminology
- Ability to perform well under deadlines and respond well to constant change
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required
- Previous auditing experience preferred
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, Universe, and Siebel experience preferred
- Keyboard capabilities
- Ability to lift or organize small boxes of supplies and other materials as needed
