About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage global relationships for a portfolio of 4–6 clients
  • Ensure delivery against clients’ strategic and tactical benefits goals regionally or globally
  • Manage insured employee benefits and oversee local renewal coordination
  • Oversee implementation and ongoing management of Global Benefits Management appointments
  • Maintain client satisfaction and ensure key activities are completed and internal/external parties are aligned
  • Work proactively with client team members to influence delivery and meet client commitments
  • Liaise with senior-level Global Client Managers as lead global contact for client deliverables
  • Support execution of global benefit strategies, including benefit harmonization, minimum standards and global benefit financing
  • Coordinate local in-country specialists and brokers
  • Help clients monitor employee benefit programs worldwide through regular reports and updates
  • Ensure global governance processes are followed
  • Monitor international employee benefit trends and market developments
  • Consult with clients on international benefits matters
  • Identify opportunities to grow client revenue and support new business development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven consulting, client management or broking experience, preferably gained from a similar role in a large complex, global organisation
  • Previous experience in the Insurance, Financial Services or Employee Benefits sectors, working with multinationals
  • Client-focused mindset with relevant client-facing experience
  • Ability to consult, analyse and communicate on insured employee benefit-related products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and prioritizing them through conclusion
  • Results-oriented and accustomed to setting high standards in a demanding environment
  • Self-starter and fast learner able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Existing international benefits experience and working knowledge of international employee benefits, such as pension, risk benefits and medical
  • Successful track record of new business development
  • Fluency in another language is an advantage
  • Ability to work at least 3 days per week in the office
