About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support for the management of Global Benefits Management arrangements, associated insured employee benefits and ad hoc tasks
- Support implementation and ongoing management of GBM appointments and maintain client satisfaction
- Ensure key activities are completed and internal and external parties are aligned
- Ensure GBM Rules of the Road governance requirements are followed by local brokers
- Provide renewal directions and compile project timelines for local brokers and clients
- Outline data and reporting expectations to local brokers and clients
- Maintain internal policy tracking and inventory platforms
- Support management of benefit platforms where required
- Peer review tasks completed by the Centre of Excellence and send deliverables to clients
- Support sales opportunities and demonstrations of policy tracking and inventory platforms
- Work collaboratively with internal and external parties in a client-facing role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in the Insurance, Financial Services or Employee Benefits sectors, working with multinationals
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in process building, best practices and/or efficiency projects
- Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a global team environment
- Strong self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious and committed to deadlines
- Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge/experience in global and/or regional insured employee benefits or other insurance Account Management is advantageous
- Experience managing benefit renewals in conjunction with Flexible Benefits platform providers is advantageous
- Language skills are a plus and highly desired, but not essential
