About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify inefficiencies, and support digital solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Build and maintain internal tools and applications for Energy and Power teams across the MEA region
  • Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning where appropriate
  • Collect, organize, and validate data from risk engineering surveys and internal databases
  • Analyze and interpret data using Microsoft Excel and internal tools to generate actionable insights
  • Support risk assessments, insurance submissions, and client presentations with MEA Energy and Power Risk Engineering teams
  • Prepare presentations and reports and participate in internal and client meetings
  • Shadow experienced risk engineers during field surveys
  • Use Microsoft tools and advanced data and automation tools to organize data, produce reports, and present findings
  • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in a programming language
  • Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, or low-code/no-code platforms is beneficial
  • Comfortable working with data and translating analysis into practical outputs for business stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present findings clearly and professionally
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and well-organized
  • Able to perform well under pressure
  • UAE National only
  • Expected to be in the local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
