About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and elevate Marsh’s Pacific organic social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant owned channels
  • Tailor content to AU/NZ audiences and align it with brand and business priorities
  • Own the LinkedIn content strategy and calendar, including themes, series and campaigns
  • Produce, edit and publish posts, long-form articles, native-video scripts and image/carousel concepts
  • Localise and repurpose global and regional assets for cultural relevance
  • Roll out and run the Pacific employee advocacy program, including toolkits, playbooks, training and prompts
  • Monitor and engage with the LinkedIn community according to governance guidelines and SLAs
  • Respond to or escalate community activity and identify engagement opportunities and thought leaders
  • Track performance and deliver regular reporting and actionable insights
  • Maintain dashboards and contribute Pacific results to enterprise reporting cycles
  • Report to the Brand and Communications Leader, Pacific, with a dotted line to the enterprise Social Media Centre of Excellence
  • Support commercial and strategic objectives across the Pacific region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 3–4+ years’ experience in social media, digital communications or related roles, ideally within professional services or a large matrixed organisation
  • Demonstrable expertise in LinkedIn organic strategy, content development and growth tactics
  • Strong short-form copywriting, editing and storytelling skills for professional audiences
  • Experience delivering LinkedIn-first organic campaigns and/or employee advocacy initiatives
  • Experience using social publishing and analytics tools to report on performance
  • Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrixed environment
  • Experience supporting executive/leader profiling programs is a standout qualification
  • Capability to brief and coordinate short-form video and creative assets with designers, videographers or agencies
  • Strong governance and risk awareness
  • Understanding of confidentiality, privacy and regulatory considerations in professional services social activity
  • Appropriate approval to work in Australia
  • Successful applicants must complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencing employment
