About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Instruct placement strategy and develop placement solutions for complex client needs
- Manage a book of high-profile, highly complex insurance and risk management portfolios
- Develop methods for go-to-market strategy and provide input on service pricing
- Support client retention and new business production
- Build strong working relationships with carriers and underwriters
- Create innovative approaches to unique client needs and provide cohesive client service
- Audit and finalize commission structures with underwriters
- Monitor changing insurance and risk market conditions
- Inform client teams, clients, and carriers of major coverage developments
- Apply advanced knowledge to the firm’s product lines through internal networks
- Devise new products and innovative solutions
- Lead complex placement and technical support activities on large accounts
- Ensure contract execution as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Casualty Risk Management experience
- Understanding of Casualty Risk concepts
- Strong technical knowledge
- 10+ years insurance experience on the Broker or Insurer side
- Broker Licenses Required (Level 2 - Preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of changing market conditions
- Multinational, International and complex account experience
