About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the business in preparing for, delivering and adopting change activities and initiatives
  • Act as a bridge across multiple business areas and help the business understand the broader change landscape
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize business buy-in and employee adoption
  • Partner with business leaders as a change subject matter expert and trusted advisor
  • Lead and run change projects with business leaders, program managers and project managers
  • Integrate change management activities into overall business and program objectives and delivery plans
  • Identify and manage change risks and issues and anticipate and mitigate resistance
  • Develop change strategies and plans based on the details of the change and impacted groups
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings
  • Oversee actionable change management plans, including communication, stakeholder analysis, communications and training plans
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, focusing on adoption
  • Influence leaders and stakeholders to embed effective people-focused change management approaches
  • Prepare business areas and colleagues for transitions to new ways of working
  • Develop, lead and deliver coaching sessions and workshops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2-4 years change management experience within a large complex organization
  • Experience working with and across multiple functions and business areas
  • Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong people, relationship, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Professional training and certification, such as APMG or Prosci (standout qualification)
  • Familiarity with project/program management approaches, processes and lifecycles (standout qualification)
  • Comfortable providing advice and constructive challenge to stakeholders/project teams (standout qualification)
  • Solid understanding of how different people, personalities and organizational cultures approach and adopt change (standout qualification)
