Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and retain an existing client portfolio
  • Identify and create new revenue opportunities through proactive cross-selling and upselling
  • Deliver sales and growth within a predefined area
  • Cover the Flemish region
  • Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers
  • Provide best-in-class service and drive growth
  • Collaborate with Account Management colleagues to execute growth and retention strategies and meet sales goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance background
  • Ability to manage, retain and grow an existing portfolio of business
  • Cross-class knowledge including Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Demonstrable new business and client management experience
  • Current Client Executive or experienced Account Manager background
