About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of detailed financial analyses, financial modeling, and investigative procedures related to damage quantification
  • Analyze business interruption, large property damage, fidelity/fraud investigations, product recall, cyber claims, liability claims, and related matters
  • Prepare and review working paper files documenting evidence, methodologies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and deliver presentations on findings, methodologies, and strategic recommendations
  • Attend existing and new client meetings
  • Develop client relationships
  • Participate in sales, marketing, and internal/external presentations
  • Work as an Analyst in Marsh Advisory’s Claim Solutions—Forensic Accounting Claim Services business
  • Provide forensic accounting, insurance loss measurement, claims preparation, litigation, and advisory services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in forensic accounting, claims services, or a related field
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel for engagements as necessary
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA, CFE, CFF, etc.) preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • High integrity and teamwork focus
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Experience in forensic investigations and claims analysis is a plus
