Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and expected to graduate within the next year
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated intellectual curiosity
- Prior internships in consulting-relevant environments, including consultancies, in-house consultancies, or advised industries such as banking and financial services, private equity, and transportation
- Initiative, creativity, adaptability, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Evidence of leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, extracurricular involvement, or other meaningful achievements highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Business fluency in German and English
- Submit CV, cover letter, all employment references, and transcripts including high school diploma, Bachelor's and Master's degree
