- Work alongside experienced consultants on team discussions and client interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues across industries and capabilities
- Participate as a fully integrated member of project teams working on real business challenges
- Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback
- Develop consulting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Participate in intern events, social activities, and networking opportunities
- Take part in conversational and case interviews during the selection process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and expected to graduate within the next year
- Strong academic performance and intellectual curiosity
- Prior internships in consulting-relevant environments or relevant industries
- Initiative, creativity, adaptability, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Evidence of leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, extracurricular involvement, or other meaningful achievements highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Business fluency in German and English
- CV, cover letter, all employment references, and transcripts required
