About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee key corporate obligations and commitments through governance forums and reporting cadence
  • Coordinate communication, monitoring, approvals and progression of obligations across the business and support functions
  • Partner with legal, risk, compliance and business teams to improve governance and reporting processes
  • Design and embed practical workflows supporting repeatable delivery across multiple departments
  • Support related party service provider governance and accountability arrangements
  • Work with executives and Centres of Excellence to build understanding of Australian legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Support Marsh People & Investments across the Pacific region
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide activity across Modern Slavery, Health and Safety, WGEA, RAP, climate reporting and related commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated broad-based business experience in commercial, operational, strategy, corporate advisory or general management roles
  • Experience gained within complex, regulated environments
  • Experience managing corporate obligations and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and transformation or change initiatives
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead and influence confidently across senior and diverse audiences

  • Successful applicants must complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencing employment
