About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create basic and advanced dashboards, including target summaries, revenue analyses and process efficiency measurements, using data visualization software
Develop creative design solutions to improve the user reporting experience
Assist in standardizing reporting across business units using established processes and methodology
Develop automation for report production where possible
Provide first-level analyses to managers and colleagues and challenge conclusions
Guide managers and colleagues in interpreting and understanding figures
Perform detailed error-checking and data validation
Identify and resolve data integrity and reporting issues in collaboration with data owners and the IT department
Support Business, Finance and Operations with day-to-day management, forecasting and transformations
Develop data culture inside the company and across management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant college/university degree required, or relevant experience within a similar function
Minimum 3–5 years substantial business experience in performance or data management, data visualization and/or data quality
Performance oriented mindset
Excellent stakeholder and change management skills
Fluent in English and French
Good IT and data management skills, including dataviz tools, data management tools, data architectures and flows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven agile mindset in a changing environment
Results and solution oriented
