About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create basic and advanced dashboards using data visualization software
- Develop creative design solutions to improve the user reporting experience
- Assist in standardizing reporting across business units
- Develop automation for report production where possible
- Provide first-level analyses to managers and colleagues
- Challenge conclusions and guide interpretation of figures
- Perform detailed error-checking and data validation
- Identify and resolve data integrity and reporting issues with data owners and IT
- Support Business, Finance, and Operations with day-to-day management, forecasting, and transformations
- Develop data culture within the company and across management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant college/university degree required, or relevant experience within a similar function
- Minimum 3–5 years substantial business experience in performance or data management, data visualization and/or data quality
- Performance oriented mindset
- Excellent stakeholder and change management skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Good IT and data management skills, including dataviz tools, data management tools, data architectures and flows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven agile mindset in a changing environment
- Results and solution oriented
