About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure client problems and identify decisions that analysis needs to support
- Assess available data and select appropriate analytical approaches
- Conduct analyses and build and validate models or tools
- Translate analytical results into clear recommendations
- Take increasing ownership of analytical modules
- Engage directly with clients and senior colleagues
- Share ideas and discuss results with project colleagues and clients
- Help turn analytical findings into meaningful recommendations and impact
- Develop tailored Data & Analytics solutions across industries and geographies
- Contribute to projects involving AI toolkits, portfolio decarbonization, promotion optimization, GenAI chatbot validation, credit risk modeling, and supply chain risk identification
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Strong academic track record
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency with numbers
- Ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts understandably to clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Eagerness to expand knowledge of technologies and analytical methods
- Strong commitment to teamwork and resilience in a creative, dynamic, and constantly changing environment
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as required
- Business fluency in German and English
- Interest in or experience with financial services and risk management is a plus
