Work in an infrastructure support, DevOps, database, or application support engineering stream based on business need and fit
Collaborate within a team environment and communicate with stakeholders
Adapt to changing priorities and project environments
Work in a 24x7 shift environment, including rostered rotational shifts as required
Complete the aptitude test on the Mettl online platform
Participate in a technical discussion with the core team
Complete the final HR interview and offer rollout process

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or IT only
Minimum 80% marks in graduation or post-graduation, with 80% cutoff through semesters
Graduating in 2027 with no backlog in any subject
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Effective communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to change
Exposure to any programming language
Strong PL/SQL fundamentals
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and version control tools such as Git
Practical experience through internships, projects, or coding competitions
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure and their services
Basic awareness of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and large language models
Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar assistants for code generation and debugging
Understanding of AI/ML use cases in IT operations, including AIOps, intelligent monitoring, automated incident response, and predictive analytics
Awareness of responsible AI principles, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical use in enterprise environments
Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment, including rostered rotational shifts
Completion of required skill certifications after selection and submission of proof before joining
