About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support delivery of international health and wellbeing consulting projects for multinational clients
  • Contribute to health optimisation strategies covering prevention, wellbeing, cost efficiency and employer investment in workforce health
  • Analyse data from multiple sources and translate findings into client-focused insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables
  • Bring together internal stakeholders and subject matter experts and develop coherent reports and materials
  • Support communication and coordination with colleagues across internal functions and client teams in different countries
  • Contribute to global frameworks and country- and industry-specific health and wellbeing topics
  • Identify practical, evidence-based approaches addressing evolving healthcare systems, policy developments and employer priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, insurance broking or servicing financial institutions, ideally in a client-facing role with sales responsibilities
  • An academic or professional background in medicine, public health, healthcare management, health consulting, health insurance or a related field
  • Strong interest in employers’ role in health and wellbeing and healthcare-system dynamics
  • Ability to work confidently with data, structure complex topics and develop relevant messages
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • German or French would be an advantage
