About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery for a complex global program across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholders
Champion Agile adoption and reinforce consistent ways of working
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, quarterly planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Identify and remove blockers, manage delivery risks, and maintain focus on priorities and outcomes
Build collaboration and alignment across global teams, business partners, and technical stakeholders
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, delivery practices, and continuous improvement
Provide servant leadership and foster team accountability
Partner with Technical Product Managers to strengthen the Agile Center of Excellence and scale best practices
Provide leadership to Scrum Masters based in India, including line management and capability development
Drive adoption of SAFe, disciplined Azure DevOps use, and stronger delivery governance
Improve delivery transparency through metrics, reporting, estimation, and data-driven execution
Act as primary liaison for senior stakeholders, managing expectations and providing clear updates throughout delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline, or a combination of work experience, education and training equivalent to a five-year college in a technology-related discipline
15+ years of total experience
Proven track record of leading successful delivery in a regulated, complex, multi-product technology environment
Experience with security processes and legislative requirements protecting customers and their data
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior executives
Familiarity with bringing AI model development into existing and new applications is preferred
Hands-on experience implementing SAFe, facilitating quarterly planning, and leading Agile ceremonies at scale
Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and disciplined delivery tracking
Experience improving metrics maturity, delivery transparency, and governance
Ability to define strategy, translate it into actionable plans, and drive follow-through
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Broad technology background, ideally including development or engineering experience
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Certifications such as CSP, SAFe-RTE, ICP-ACC, or equivalent are preferred
Experience delivering technology solutions using .NET, SQL, Angular, and agentic engineering
Strong experience using ADO across the full work lifecycle
Expertise in metrics-based tracking and linking delivery progress to business value
Experience in business insurance, employee benefits, or related functional domains is desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good troubleshooting and technical skills
Ability to work independently
