About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support companies in designing and executing employee engagement and total rewards optimization strategies
- Lead projects involving survey content creation, survey data analysis, and data-based storytelling
- Use AI and technology-enabled tools
- Create, launch, and administer employee engagement surveys
- Build presentations and present survey results to clients’ executives
- Collaborate with consultants to determine analytic approaches and project plans
- Develop expert knowledge of end-to-end survey processes and advise managers on practical use of survey data
- Contribute to research and client-work thought leadership
- Perform advanced statistical analysis, including regression modeling and other statistical tests using SPSS and R
- Independently develop customized client reports based on statistical analysis outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
- At least 4-5 years’ employee research, employee engagement or organizational assessment survey experience
- Strong statistical analysis ability
- Ability to run data and design data structures using SPSS and/or R programming
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and index matching
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
- Proven project management skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Previous consulting experience preferred
- Proven sales and sales support experience
- HR transformation experience
