About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts
  • Bring the entire team together to formulate procedures and go-to-market strategies
  • Understand clients’ strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs
  • Advise clients and provide solutions for complex risk management needs
  • Review client exposures and loss experience
  • Recommend additional products and services
  • Develop, present, and oversee renewal and placement strategies with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives
  • Present to prospective clients and support new business development
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Oversee production of client deliverables and final placement materials
  • Engage in senior-level client interaction and solve complex problems
  • Serve as a thought leader within Marsh

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expert risk expertise and knowledge of the industry and insurance marketplace
  • Ability to review client exposures and loss experience
  • Ability to develop solutions for complex client needs
  • Ability to develop and oversee renewal and placement strategies
  • Ability to present to prospective clients
  • Ability to identify needs for new products and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Senior-level client interaction and problem-solving expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions
  • Ability to work in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week
