About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the delivery of international health and wellbeing consulting projects for multinational clients
Contribute to the development of health optimization strategies, including prevention, wellbeing, cost efficiency and employer health investments
Analyze data from multiple sources and translate findings into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations
Coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables
Bring together internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts and consolidate their input into coherent reports and materials
Support communication and coordination with colleagues as well as internal and client teams across countries
Contribute to work involving global frameworks and country- and industry-specific health and wellbeing topics
Identify practical, evidence-based approaches to adapting to changing healthcare systems, policy developments and employer priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, brokerage environment or in advising financial institutions, ideally in a sales-oriented, client-facing role
Academic or professional background in medicine, public health, health management, health consulting, health insurance or a related field
Strong interest in the role of employers in health and wellbeing and in the interaction between healthcare systems and public- and private-sector dynamics
Ability to work confidently with data, structure complex topics and develop relevant messages for clients and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
Well-developed stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating across international and cross-functional teams
Excellent written and spoken English
German or French is an advantage
