About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Client Advisory teams to support prospect and client meetings
  • Order designated summaries ahead of client review target dates
  • Support preparation of stewardship reviews
  • Update summaries and create spreadsheets and other requested documents
  • Bind materials, obtain quotes, and remarket when applicable
  • Establish Applied system files for new business
  • Create binders, identification cards, and cancellation forms
  • Coordinate delivery of new business policies
  • Quote coverage via carrier websites and obtain policy declarations
  • Locate carrier-specific information
  • Schedule client, carrier, and guest visits
  • Manage security clearances and reserve meeting spaces
  • Provide proper greetings for visitors
  • Process endorsements
  • Handle mortgage/lienholder inquiries
  • Respond to client identification requests
  • Address billing inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail oriented to ensure accuracy
  • Self-discipline and self-motivation
  • Ability to meet assigned objectives
  • Holds appropriate P&C license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • College degree and/or prior insurance experience are a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience servicing High Net Worth Clientele is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in daily use of carrier websites for quoting, locating carrier-specific information, and obtaining policy declarations is a plus, but not required
