About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a lead consultant on Defined Contribution pension clients
- Manage a portfolio by assessing performance, trends and business insights
- Generate revenue from existing clients and extend DC services through other lines of business
- Manage global DC matters and help clients analyse plans globally and locally
- Optimise plan design features
- Build new and develop existing business through relationship management, networking, events and seminars
- Act as a change agent by supporting and implementing Mercer business and corporate strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a Defined Contributions Consultancy role
- Excellent governance experience
- Proven experience managing projects and exceeding client expectations
- Trust-based DC client consulting skills
- Proven sales experience developing new business from an existing client base and new clients
- Expertise in Defined Contribution Pensions
