About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex client engagements end-to-end, including scoping, workstream design, team leadership, analysis quality, delivery, and final recommendations
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day counterpart for CHROs, transformation leaders, and their teams
  • Deliver advisory work across workforce transformation, organizational transformation and design, HR transformation, talent, and rewards
  • Shape proposals, follow up on engagements, uncover opportunities, and lead pursuits with Marsh and Oliver Wyman Partners
  • Co-sell to multinational clients alongside Marsh and Oliver Wyman Partners
  • Build and lead high-performing project teams across Europe
  • Develop consultants through apprenticeship on live work
  • Create thought leadership and reusable intellectual-capital assets
  • Establish AI-enabled ways of working as the default
  • Help shape the team's methods, standards, and culture
  • Work on complex, high-stakes people mandates for major European organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of consulting experience, typically 8+ years, in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Ideally experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or leading people advisory practice
  • Consistent record of high performance
  • Track record of selling and leading client engagements end-to-end
  • Experience delivering projects with tangible client impact through teams led
  • Credibility with senior executives, including presenting to, challenging, and winning the confidence of C-level stakeholders
  • Depth in at least one of workforce transformation, organizational design and development, HR transformation and HR operating models, talent, or rewards
  • Genuine curiosity across the other people advisory fields
  • Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to synthesize extensive analysis into clear client decisions
  • Mentor and coaching capability
  • Willingness to travel within Europe during delivery peaks
  • Completed university degree, such as business, economics, psychology, or a related field
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
