About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and aspects of client relationships and commercial processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years’ experience in strategy consulting is preferred, or a combination of strategy consulting and Trading Strategy & Risk industry experience will be considered
- Expert-level practice-specific knowledge in energy and commodities, including oil, gas/LNG, and power; metals or agriculture is a plus
- Strategic mindset and transformation credentials, including experience shaping and leading operating models, risk frameworks, or commercial strategy
- Strong quantitative foundation in derivatives and risk measurement
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in trading and risk is a plus
- Executive presence and client-facing potential
- Houston strongly preferred; NYC/Chicago candidates considered if open to Houston travel or relocation
- US-based with existing US work authorization
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative and ability to learn and apply new skills
- Creativity and ability to develop novel solutions
- Aptitude for analytical work and interpreting massive data sets
- Self-starting, motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial
