Key responsibilities & impact- Support account team members and contribute to strategic recommendations and client problem solving
- Develop understanding of insured operating environments and the reinsurance transaction marketplace
- Assist the broking team with client and market research and financial analysis
- Develop competencies through a comprehensive curriculum centered around networking and collaboration
- Participate in a feeder role for the Risk Analyst position and reinsurance Broker career track
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully matriculated student pursuing a Bachelor's degree, required
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future
- Relevant work experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining client, reinsurer, and internal relationships
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work flexibly as part of multiple teams and autonomously
- Ability to juggle changing priorities and varied workload
