About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to maintain, strengthen, and expand the client base
  • Build and maintain a professional network with peers and stakeholders in relevant industries
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective and existing clients
  • Perform insurance due diligence for clients and financiers with insurance specialists
  • Structure and deliver insurance solutions for M&A transactions and other client risk scenarios
  • Ensure all insurance placements comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Support the team with ad hoc projects, analysis, and tasks as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in the M&A field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Demonstrated interest and commitment to developing in-depth insurance industry expertise
  • Willingness to network and build relationships with clients, advisors, and industry peers
  • Comfortable presenting and pitching to advisors and clients, both in person and virtually
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft reports and prepare clear, professional presentation decks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from other departments and specialist teams
  • Independent, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required
